I'm Mr. Bailey Shaver. I'm all about respect in the classroom, but I think that my first and last name sound pretty cool together.
I'm an English teacher, but I think that English can encompass a lot more than just the classics that we all read in high school. I'm a strong supporter of two major English teaching concepts: using film in the classroom, and using controversial YA (young adult) literature.
